Insurance claim denials
You paid for coverage.Collect it.
Health insurance, storm and hail, homeowners, auto and UM/UIM, life and commercial claims. If your insurer denied it, stalled it, shorted it or just never paid, we take it from here.
Insurance Claims
Pick your fight.

Health Insurance Denials
Surgery, medication, rehab or a hospital stay denied. “Not medically necessary.” “Experimental.” “Out of network.”
Fight it
Unpaid & Underpaid Claims
Approved, then never paid. Paid a fraction. Or just ignored. When the insurer won’t pay out.
Fight it
Storm, Hail & Roof
Hail-shredded roof, wind damage, a tornado. Then an adjuster calls it “wear and tear.”
Fight it
Homeowners & Property
Fire, water, theft, collapse. Your policy was supposed to cover it.
Fight it
Auto, UM & UIM
Your own insurer owes you good faith on uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
Fight it
Life Insurance Claims
A death in the family, then a denial. Misstatement claims, lapses, beneficiary fights.
Fight it
Business & Commercial
Business interruption, commercial property, equipment, builder’s risk. Big claims, big fights.
Fight it
Insurance Bad Faith
When delay, denial and lowballing cross the line, Oklahoma lets you sue for it.
Fight itTheir playbook vs. ours
They’ve run this play a thousand times.
Insurers and big billing departments don’t improvise. Neither do we.
Delay until you give upWe set the clock. Written demands, deadlines and follow-through.Bury you in paperworkWe answer for you, and we demand their file in return.Blame wear and tear, age or “pre-existing”We bring the evidence: inspections, records, experts.Lowball and hope you’re desperateWe value the claim properly and don’t negotiate against ourselves.Recorded statements to trip you upYou don’t talk to them alone. Ever.Bet that you won’t sueWe prepare every claim as if it’s going to court.
How it works
Four moves. No wasted ones.
- 01
Send us the paper trail
The denial letter, the bill, the policy, the photos. Whatever you have. You don’t need it organized.
- 02
We tear it apart
We read the policy and the bill the way the other side hoped you wouldn’t, and tell you plainly where you stand.
- 03
We put them on notice
A written demand that tells them what they owe, why, and that you have counsel. The tone of the claim changes.
- 04
We push until it’s resolved
Negotiation, appraisal, administrative appeal or a lawsuit. Whatever the claim needs.
Questions
Insurance Claims, answered.
Does it matter whether my insurance is through work?
Yes. Many employer plans are governed by a federal law called ERISA, which has its own appeal process and rules. Individual and government plans work differently.
Can I appeal a denial myself?
You can, and you should never let a deadline pass. Having a lawyer build the appeal record can matter, because that record is often what a court reviews later.
How long can an insurer take to pay a claim?
It depends on the policy and the type of insurance, and Oklahoma law and regulations require insurers to handle claims promptly. Unreasonable delay in paying a valid claim can be part of a bad-faith case.
They paid part of it. Do I have to accept that?
No. A partial payment doesn’t end a claim. If the amount doesn’t match what the policy owes, the dispute is still open.
Does this apply to health insurance?
Yes. Unpaid and underpaid medical claims are among the most common fights we see, and they often leave the patient holding the bill.
My insurer says the damage is old. Is that the end of it?
No. “Pre-existing damage” and “wear and tear” are among the most common reasons given for storm denials. The question is what the evidence shows, and insurers don’t get the last word on that.
Should I sign the check they sent?
Talk to a lawyer before you sign anything that says “final,” “full” or “release.” Cashing a check is not always a waiver, but some documents are.
Do I need to fix the roof first?
Protect the property from more damage and keep every receipt. Don’t tear off the evidence before it’s documented.
