Won’t pay · Slow pay · Short pay
You filed the claim. They never paid.
Not every insurer says no. Some just don’t pay: the claim sits, the check never comes, or it shows up for a fraction of what’s owed with no real explanation. Health, home, auto, life or business, a policy is a promise to pay. We hold them to it.
Red flags
Signs they’re playing games.
- Weeks or months with no decision and no explanation
- A claim marked approved, but no payment
- A payment far below the bills, estimate or policy benefit
- Requests for “more information” you already sent
- Adjusters who change, disappear or stop answering

What we do
How we fight it.
- 01
Pin down exactly what was submitted, when, and what the policy requires them to do
- 02
Demand a written decision and an explanation of any reduction
- 03
Rebuild the amount owed from the policy, bills and evidence
- 04
Escalate: formal demand, regulatory complaint, appraisal or a lawsuit
Questions
Unpaid & Underpaid Claims, answered.
How long can an insurer take to pay a claim?
It depends on the policy and the type of insurance, and Oklahoma law and regulations require insurers to handle claims promptly. Unreasonable delay in paying a valid claim can be part of a bad-faith case.
They paid part of it. Do I have to accept that?
No. A partial payment doesn’t end a claim. If the amount doesn’t match what the policy owes, the dispute is still open.
Does this apply to health insurance?
Yes. Unpaid and underpaid medical claims are among the most common fights we see, and they often leave the patient holding the bill.

Health Insurance Denials
Surgery, medication, rehab or a hospital stay denied. “Not medically necessary.” “Experimental.” “Out of network.”

Storm, Hail & Roof
Hail-shredded roof, wind damage, a tornado. Then an adjuster calls it “wear and tear.”

Homeowners & Property
Fire, water, theft, collapse. Your policy was supposed to cover it.
