Why we exist
The other side has lawyers on payroll.
Insurance companies have claims departments, adjusters, engineers, auditors and outside counsel whose job is to pay as little as possible. Hospitals and large providers have billing offices and collection agencies. Most people facing them have a stack of letters and a phone that rings at dinner.
That imbalance is the whole business model. We exist to correct it.
